Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Yahya DB is a renowned Islamic scholar from Bangladesh, widely recognized for his profound expertise in Fiqh and Fatwa. With over two decades of dedication to Islamic jurisprudence, he has mentored hundreds of scholars from both Bangladesh and abroad, guiding them in mastering the sciences of Fiqh and Fatwa.
He studied under esteemed scholars such as Shaykhul Hadith Allama Azizul Haq (RA), Mufti Abul Hasan Muhammad Abdullah (DB), and Mufti Abdul Malek (DB). Mufti Yahya served as a teacher in the faculty of Fiqh and Fatwa at Markazud Dawah Al-Islamiyyah, Dhaka, for over 20 years.
He is the founder and director of Jamia Abdullah Ibn Masood RD and Markazul Fatawa Al Islamia in Dhaka. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Mufti at Jamia Hakimul Ummat, Keraniganj.
An accomplished author, Mufti Yahya has written extensively on Islamic issues, addressing the needs of the Ummah and offering solutions to contemporary challenges.
He is also a Khalifa of Shaikh Abdul Matin Sahib DB, who is himself a Khalifah of Hazrat Shah Hakim Muhammad Akhtar Sahib (RA).
Hazrat is actively engaged in the fields of Tazkiya and Sulook and regularly conducts Islahi gatherings attended by people far and wide.
